The Senior Leadership Team
The SLT focus on three key strategic objectives:
We will have spiritual oversight of LIFE Church and ensure that we always advance in faith and trust in the Lord.
We will live out the vision and values of the church; we are a healthy church.
We will be intentional in reaching out to the next generation; relevant to the next generation; developing and involving the next generation in leadership responsibilities.
Goals to fulfil these objectives:
We will pray into all we do.
We will evaluate the vision and values of LIFE Church, and ensure that every aspect of LIFE Church and every ministry that take place incorporates our vision and values.
We will develop strategic plans that will encompass the three strategic objectives.
We will meet with the Church Leadership team bi-monthly to pray for them and encourage them. We will help them to develop their ministries and ensure that each ministry is spiritually healthy, Kingdom-focused, reflects the vision and values of LIFE Church, and be resourced sufficiently.
LIFE Church Trustees
The role of the Trustees is to ensure that we are always above reproach with regard to our financial, ethical and legal status. This incorporates the treasurer, governance and safeguarding responsibilities.
The Church Leadership Team
The role of the Church Leadership Team is to plan all our events and ministries and ensure that all ministries and responsibilities are in line with the Word of God and incorporate the vision and values of LIFE Church. The Leadership Team ensure that there is always fresh vision, forward-thinking and creativity, and that there is love and unity in every ministry and between us.
